The founder behind SheConnects.me
Tanja grew up in the Eifel region of Rhineland, where she learned early on to take responsibility and pursue goals with consistency. After completing her studies and training, she spent around fifteen years working abroad.
Her professional journey took her from Southeast Europe to Switzerland and later to the United States.
Her mindset is shaped by competitive sports. Discipline, team spirit and resilience – as well as the ability to stay calm and structured under pressure – continue to guide her work today. These principles are reflected in her approach to golf as well: precision, focus and attention to detail.
She lived and worked in Switzerland and France, gaining international perspective and cultural sensitivity through first-hand experience. Today, Tanja lives in Hamburg with her husband Elmar. She has come to love the North and has anchored herself there.
Her focus is clear: not just developing ideas, but creating real impact – through structure, the right partnerships and pragmatic execution.
